Kettlenetics: Cardio Balanced

It’s no secret that I am in love with Kettlenetics. I have never done a workout that actually made my abs and hips sore for DAYS. I view this as a good thing, since those are areas that we all want to whittle away! One of my favorite Kettlenetics workouts is Cardio Balanced. This workout is amazing. I love that it gets my heart rate up and keeps it there. I also appreciate how well Michelle cues. She is very good about letting you know when the moves will be changing, and she also reminds you that you can modify the moves, and that you need to check your form and sequencing constantly. This is something that other workouts seem to lack. I think that the reminders of form for a workout with ballistic motion are VERY important. Beyond that, this workout is just plain fun!! I love that you’re working total body, getting cardio and toning…this workout even includes a great ab sequence. It moves quickly, and there are a variety of moves that are built on, so there is never a “suprise” change of pace, motion or movement. All the moves are thoroughly explained, as well. If you can’t tell, I have nothing but good things to say about Michelle’s instruction style and the layout of her workouts.
