Jillian Michael endorsing KETTLEBELLS?!

So, I’ll admit that I’m a Biggest Loser fan. I think it’s inspiring to see people work hard and eat right. That’s what this journey is about afterall: nothing is free. So, I was watching the show tonight (you can check out the recap: www.biggestloserclub.com) and was SO very excited when none other than my favorite trainer, Jillian endorsed KETTLEBELS!! How amazing is that!! I was so excited that I jumped up from my sit-ups and did a little dance (there’s more than one way to get a great ab workout in). And then I started laughing, I mean, on the day that I write 2 blogs about kettlebells, one of the most famous trainers in the U.S. endorses them! That ROCKS! I couldn’t be more pumped, because kettlebells truly are an AMAZING workout. Where else can you find the same combination of cardio, strength and flexibility? Not to mention that kettlebells sculpt your body in ways you never thought possible. Of course, you have to try them to LOVE them. I’ve been hooked since day 1.

If you’re new to kettlebells, start off small. 5,6, or 8 pounds would be sufficient for traditional kettlebell work. You DO NOT want to injure yourself while you’re learning, especially if you’re learning at home. Here are some good places to start:
