Have you ever wondered how old you really are? We all know our calendar age, but that is not necessarily a good indicator of your real age. Your real age takes into account your lifestyle, exercise habits, dietary considerations, family history and so much more. I was pleasantly suprised to find that I’m over 5 years younger than my calendar age. YAY for being vegan and working out regularly! Knowing that I’m a fairly new vegan, this made me EXTREMELY happy. How much younger can I get?! Maybe after years of being vegan I’ll only have aged a little bit! This realization is SO motivating to continue with healthy habits. So…what’s your real age?
