Since becoming vegan, I’ve been transitioning my pre-vegan stuff as it wears out or gets used up (as in the case of my vitamins). Once I was out of my One-a-Day, I switched to Deva Vegan Vitamins. Two words: PLANT BASED. That means NO animal products. ALL the ingredients are derived from plants and are therefore (duh.) VEGAN. As I am going to be trying to concieve in the very short term, my doctor recommended that I take a prenatal, and so far I really like the Deva Vegan Vitamins
Prenatal Vitamin. It doesn’t make me feel sick like Stuart Prenatals (I had a REALLY hard time stomaching them). I just have to make sure that I’ve eaten before I take them, and then I’m good!! And I honestly feel SO much better. I am sure that part of it is psychological, but I’m sure that there’s a little bit of me that actually DOES feel better because I’m not eating food that my body is not designed to digest. Just wanted to share!
