I have been debating about whether I should comment on my Polar F6 Women’s Heart Rate Monitor Watch (Green Tea) or not…Obviously, commenting won the argument, so here goes. I absolutely LOVE my Heart Rate Monitor (HRM). I wear it whenever I workout, especially when I run. My HRM came with a very easy to read instruction manual, and is SO easy to use. It’s a snap to change your height, weight and even the date! I love knowing how hard I’m working, how long I’ve been going (something this is a curse), and best of all, how many calories I’ve burned!! I also like that it tells me how many hours I’ve spent working out AND how many calories I burn each week. Having that information helps me to make good food choices, especially since I’m working THIS HARD on my body…why would I want to chow down on Oreos? I really do think that my Polar F6 Women’s Heart Rate Monitor Watch (Green Tea)
has been a key to my weight loss success. it doesn’t hurt that it’s a really pretty shade of green, either! I spent a long time working out without a HRM, and now I cannot imagine life without mine…AND I feel guilty if I get my weekly report (like I did this weekend) and it says that I’ve only worked out 3 days for a total of 120 minutes and burned less than 1000 calories. OOPS! I’ve already surpassed that miserable realization this week! GO ME!
