I just recieved an AWESOME email from Burr’s Studio in California!! She included two short workouts (okay, so the arm workouts aren’t exactly a workout, but it’s great to actually see her and hear her talk about the method! Could I BE more excited?!) The arm workout is basically a reporter talking to Burr about Bar Method, and then the move into a class:
The second video is a thigh workout where Burr reminds you that “the burn is good”. RIGHT. I know it’s good, but that doesn’t mean that I’m going to get excited every time when my legs start shaking! Honestly, I love her thigh work and really like this video. If you’re on the fence about Bar Method, give this a try:

As far as The Bar Method Body – Designer Sculpting and The Bar Method Body – Fat Free
are concerned, the workouts are 45 minutes, as opposed to the new workouts which are 60 minutes. I like the fact that I don’t feel rushed, and the instruction is a little more relaxed in the older workouts, as opposed to the newer workouts. Burr is very soft spoken and knowledgeable. I am absolutely in L-O-V-E with Bar Method! These workouts will change your life. REALLY.
