I am a runner. (WOW. I can’t believe that I can say that now! Give me a sec…. Okay, I’m over myself…) When I run, I like to have music that motivates me to keep going, and even pushes me to go further. I have a VERY broad taste in music, so my favorite workout (and just plain ol’ bust-a-move tunes) ranges from rap to pop to r&b to country (yeah, country. I live in Texas.)
