Tracy Anderson has gotten herself quite a reputation…and with good reason: her workout methods are responsible for Gwyneth and Madonna’s ROCKIN’ bodies. That being said, not much has been said about what she EATS. I have seen a few articles, none worth mentioning, that claim to have her “diet” but it is VERY restrictive, and would be hard to follow for more than a day, since at around 900 calories, you would be starving. I did notice in the videos of her bootcamp, that some of the participants mention eating alot of fruits and vegetables. HM. This sounds like something I’ve heard before. Following a well-balanced vegan diet gets killer results with Tracy’s workouts, especially the The Tracy Anderson Method Presents Mat Workout DVD and The Tracy Anderson Method Presents Post Pregnancy Workout DVD
. I came to the vegan diet conclusion after watching her videos…not to mention that if you eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies, YOU GET FULL for less calories. It’s a win-win!!
