Mac & Teese

I am a macaroni and cheese devotee…er, was, since I no longer eat cheese. To be more accurate, I was ADDICTED to Velveeta & mac…bad for me, I know. Cheese is bad enough as it is…then you add in the processed “cheese” and it just makes my stomach roll thinking about it. Even knowing how bad it is for me, I still can’t seem to shake my cravings (especially at certain times of the month). So, thanks to Chicago Soy Dairy, I was able to recreate my horrible addiction…and it was WONDERFUL!! It was so wonderful that I felt compelled to share the ooey-gooeyness with everyone!! (In order to achieve that “cheese” flavor, you absolutely MUST use Teese cheese sauce in this recipe. I have tried others, but they just don’t work. Buy your new addiction here). I know I should be eating my greens and focusing on a variety of fruits, but sometimes a girl just needs her mac & Teese. Here’s my “recipe” (It’s SO simple!):

Ingredients:
8 oz uncooked rotini
I roll (10 oz) Teese Cheddar or Nacho cheese sauce
Freshly ground black peppper

Method:
Cook your rotini to al dente, drain. Cube your cheese for easier melting. Combine the drained pasta and cheese over low heat. Stir to aid the melting process. Add pepper to taste and serve. SO GOOD!!
