I’ve decided that this month needs to be dedicated to newness…hence my 90% raw rule, the barre workout rotation and starting my 1/2 marathon training. Today I tried a Pluot. Weird sounding, but SUPER delicious. It’s a cross between a plum (which i love) and an apricot (not super fond of them unless they’re dried)…and it tastes alot like heaven. I love having a fresh piece of fruit and feeling like I just ate dessert. It’s a wonderful thing. I am also determined to try collard greens and smashed baby reds with my seitan later this week…just trying to find out how I should cook ‘em (the greens…I finally figured out how to make perfectly smashed potatoes). I am excited to try lots of new and interesting food and exercise this month…in fact, I just found out that I am going to get the all new Physique 57 workouts! I am so very excited!! As you all know, I am just as passionate about exercise as I am about my diet, and I love finding new ways to sculpt my body. I was watching the “teaser” segments, and the workout looks kind of like a mix of Cardio Barre and Pure Barre, both workouts that I love. So, with this month bei

Ok, honey – you have got to stop with the suggestions of new workouts – I can barely keep up! LOL Should be ordering Squeeze Stronger and maybe the Squeeze bar in the next week or so – but I will keep these in mind. The whole barre workout movement is my new current obsession. I just adore them!!!!!!!!!!!!!
