		<description>Hey, girl - another great review!  Don&#039;t be afraid of sore arms!  In P90X Monday was chest and back day (full hour of pull ups and push ups!!)  Then today was arm and shoulder work.  I could not move my arms last night I was so sore from Monday and I pushed through this morning and feel GREAT!  Still sore, but not as bad as last night - you can do it............like you said &quot;you can do anything for 57 minutes...or less even!&quot; :)
