I’m always looking for eco-friendly options, and I was THRILLED to find the Flip & Tumble 24-7 Bag! Not only are the colors amazing, but the quality is incredible. The bags are incredibly durable, and able to carry up to 25 pounds each. I tested this theory today when I restocked my canned goods at the grocery store. The girl that was bagging thought the bags were super cute, and had no problem filling them up with my food. Flip & Tumble 24-7 Bags also have a comfy shoulder strap, so the food (or whatever you’re shopping for) doesn’t have to be held in your hand. I can carry SO MUCH more this way! AND that means less trips to and from the car. I’ve actually tried a few different types of reusable bags, and I always forget to get them out of the car or worse yet, leave them at home. The compact design of these bags allows them to fit in my purse (I carry 3 with me at all times, but most grocery trips only need 1 or 2 bags), and that means that I can always pull them out. No excuses. I also like that the little bag you store it in is attached. The Flip & Tumble bags are machine washable (cold), line dry. They’re made of rip-stop nylon, so they’re SUPER strong, AND have I mentioned that the come in an adorable rainbow of colors? They even make a slate and black version that the hubby wasn’t opposed to carrying. I like finding companies that care for the earth, and Flip & Tumble does just that…they make bags that help to decrease the amount of disposable bags ending up in landfills, AND they even recycle their own product! That’s right…if your bag gets to the point that you won’t (or can’t) use it anymore, they’ll happily take it off your hands and recycle it. That’s pretty forward thinking, if you ask me. Down to the important stuff: the compacted bag fits in the palm of my hand…kind of like a squished tennis ball. They’re really easy to open and to store, so no problems there. They do get REALLY wrinkled…but once you put food (or other shopping items) in them, the wrinkles get pulled out.
