But, spinning has now taken place of my running routine and I go 3 days a week. The first time I tried it, I had my bike adjusted all wrong (the instructor came in 2 minutes before the class started, jumped on her bike and didn&#039;t even ask if anyone needed help) but the second class I went to, the instructor asked if anyone needed help and I spoke up. After the first class I was sore for a week and a half! So the instructor helped me and I haven&#039;t been sore since. There&#039;s an art to how your bike should be set!

AND, since I&#039;m now going 3 days a week, I just bought my very own pair of spinning shoes and used them for the first time yesterday. They are BRIGHT blue and shiney. I like them for the most part, I think I need to break them in a bit. I got them online and they were WAY cheaper then any store I could find.

I love that they turn the lights down low and I just worry about myself, ride and DRIP with sweat! I love the loud music too!

Doing spinning is one of the reasons I have thought about doing a triathlon--I just don&#039;t have a bike, but I know I could manage it.</description>
