My new addiction

I always love finding new fitness gadgets, and I’ve been intrigued by the pilates magic circle for quite awhile, but never owned one. THEN, a friend was nice enough to donate their unused ring to poor little me! So, now I have a YogaAccessories (TM) Pilates Resistance Ring
, and it TOTALLY ROCKS! Most people remember the awful Thigh Master (or worse…the Butt Master!) commercial…or more recently have you heard of Zone Pilates? The ideas for those products are based off the ring…but the real thing has SO much more potential! The actual YogaAccessories (TM) Pilates Resistance Ring has TONS more resistance than any of the other three (which I am slightly ashamed to admit that I own…but they were purchased at Goodwill many years ago), AND I can work my upper and lower body without having to pull out different pieces of equipment. I use mine while I’m being lazy and watching television…or FOOTBALL! I have noticed that since I’ve been using my ring, my legs are definitely changing shape (yet again!), and it’s ALL GOOD.

I got one for Christmas from my son a few years ago. I offended him a few months later by putting it in a bag to take to Salvation Army store so I decided to keep it. I guess I wasn’t impressed with the dvd that came with it. I need to do some research for some interesting exercises so I can use it.
