I have had SO many of you ask me for my recipes that I’ve been posting to Instagram, and while some are my own (and I promise I will share my Trim Healthy Mama recipes as soon as they are shareable), many of them are from The Trim Healthy Mama Cookbook, and (not surprisingly) Pinterest.
So, I am going to make life a little easier for all of us and share some recipes to get you started.
All Day Sippers
For those of you who have been drooling over my Singing Canary and The Shrinker, you’re going to love having the recipes! Now, these do call for what Trim Healthy Mama terms “special ingredients”:
- Vitamin C Powder (optional)
- Pure Stevia
- Isolated Whey Protein
- Lemon Essential Oil
- “The Shrinker” Concentrate
Volcano Mudslide Muffin
This is one of my absolute favorites. It’s super easy to make, and tastes like one of those mudslide cakes from a fancy restaurant. But it’s on plan, and I have no qualms about eating this while I hide out in my closet.
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons golden flax meal
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 4-6 shakes stevia
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon aluminum free baking powder
- 1 tablespoon water
Crack the egg into a mug or ramekin and whisk it well with a fork. Add the golden flax meal, cocoa powder, and stevia extract. Stir to combine. Add your coconut oil and baking powder.
Stir all of the ingredients together and then add the water. Mix to combine.
Microwave for 40 seconds. Your muffin should still be gooey in the center.
Allow to cool for a few minutes and enjoy!

If you are addicted to soda, you need to try the Trim Healthy Mama GGMS. It’s spicy, can be fizzy (if you use sparkling water), and you can adjust it to suit your personal palate.
Unstuffed Cabbage Roll Soup
This is one of my favorites for a quick and healthy lunch. Who doesn’t love a good cabbage roll? Find the recipe here.

Trim Healthy Bread
Oh, yes. Did I neglect to mention that you can have bread? Yes, yes you can. And it’s delicious. I love this bread!
If a recipe has anything to do with cheesecake, I’m all over it. This awesome breakfast cheesecake is my BFF during shark week, along with the cheesecake shake found in The Trim Healthy Mama Cookbook.

Egg Roll In A Bowl
Oh, my goodness. This one is near and dear to my heart. I love it. Way more than I should. And you know what? I can enjoy a HUGE bowl (Seriously, y’all. I use the Fiestaware Gusto Bowl.) of this egg roll goodness and not feel a single bit guilty. I love that.
Philly Cheesesteak Casserole
This brings back memories of late night snacking. Delicious, not so healthy snacking. Thankfully, this casserole is healthy, and on the plan. Plus, I love it over some greens the next day.
German Chocolate Shake
I have to have this shake at least a few times a week.
Bacon Garlic Green Beans
Y’all. This is one of my favorite sides. My mom used to make amazing green beans with bacon when I was a kid, so this is pure, delicious comfort food.

Y’all. If you’re an Olive Garden Fan, you have to try this recipe. It’s creamy, delicious, and totally date night worthy.
I highly recommend that you read both of the Trim Healthy Mama books if you’re wanting to try the plan. If nothing else, you’ll get tons of healthy and delicious recipes.
