- 2 Heads of Broccoli
- ⅓ cup of Chopped Red Onion
- ¼ cup of UNSALTED Sunflower Seeds
- ⅓ cup Sultan Raisins
- 1 cup of Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup of Heavy Cream
- 1 tsp of sugar
- Juice of ½ a lemon

Instructions
