So. We were camping last weekend. You may have seen my post on Instagram. You may be wondering what this has to do with anything.
So here’s what happened. We packed up in the morning and headed out. And then I realized…we forgot diapers. So we headed back, and I grabbed THE BOX of diapers that was closest to the entrance of The Baby’s bedroom door. And we were off.
This would not have been an issue…but it rained. And I was super smart and let The Baby and Smalls get into the diaper box…and open the plastic on BOTH sleeves of diapers. Do you see where this is going? Needless to say, my awesome parenting meant that we woke up to a wet world. And while I thought I’d pulled the diapers under cover (but not inside our tent…because I’m super smart), I didn’t.
The diapers, that had been left out and scattered were soaked. And if you’ve picked up your child after a long night, you know what I mean. They were puffy, unusable, and absolutely packed. Not good.
Because of the rain, we decided to pack in and head home after one night, which ended up being a really good thing! I hate wasting money, and diapers are expensive! Granted, it wasn’t a huge box (we were trying something new), but even a smaller box of diapers costs a bit.
So. As soon as we got home, I got online and started looking for diaper coupons on coupon websites. And (thankfully), I found something that would work! See, The Baby has shown an interest in the potty (yay!), and Pamper’s Easy Ups has a high value coupon that I can print from home:
Now, I’m not a huge fan of training pants, mostly because Smalls refused to wear them, but he was also a full 6 months (and a little bit) when he potty trained. So this time, I’m going to work with The Baby on using his Easy Ups, which don’t balloon when they’re wet! This is huge! Plus, if he isn’t a huge fan, it’s not a monster loss because of the coupon.
This post is sponsored by Pampers. I have an active Coupon.com account, and you’ll need one to get this deal. But it’s free, and you’ll have access to lots of valuable print at home coupons.
I’m passionate about couponing and really loved bargaining. It is really nice when you’ve some coupon codes with you where you don’t need for bargaining.
Yes it is!
