Why poop soap? Because I can, and because I had to poop emoji mold from when I made the ghost soap back in October.
Which was a huge hit as well.
Creative DIY Poop Emoji Soap For Kids
I hate having molds and things sitting around unused, so I started to think about what else I could make using a poop emoji silicone mold.
Obviously, I could do unicorn something…but I have boys.
Unicorns are NOT cool, y’all. Not when you have an 8-year-old and a 4-year-old.
But poop? That’s cool, apparently.

How To Make DIY Poop Emoji Soap With Essential Oils
Ingredients for DIY Poop Emoji Soap
- 1 ½ pounds clear melt and pour soap
cut into cubes
- 1 tablespoon jojoba oil
- Brown mica powder
- 10-20 drops of turmeric essential oil
- 1 tablespoon brown cosmetic glitter
- Poop soap mold
- Spray bottle
of rubbing alcohol
- Medium sized microwave safe bowl
or measuring cup
**Makes 6 soaps**
Instructions on How to Make DIY Poop Emoji Soap
Add 24 cubes (each cube is approx. 1 ounce) of the soap base to a microwave safe bowl or measuring cup. Melt in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until it is completely melted.
Add 1 tablespoon of jojoba oil.
Add turmeric essential oil to the bowl. This oil has many benefits, including powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammation properties.
It can also reduce joint pain and inflammation. When used in aromatherapy, it can relieve depression and anxiety.
Add the brown mica powder and whisk ingredients until thoroughly incorporated.
Spray bottom of the mold with rubbing alcohol. Sprinkle a bit of the glitter into the mold and allow alcohol to dry a few seconds.
Carefully pour soap mixture into the mold. Spray top of soap to prevent bubbles from forming. Allow to harden at least 2-4 hours.
Make sure there are no ripples when you blow on it. Carefully “pop” the soaps from the mold. Store in an airtight container until ready to use.
