I’ve been using oils on my kids for years-which is a miracle since I didn’t discover roller bottles until fairly recently. If you’ve ever tried to mix carrier oil with a single drop (or two) of essential oil while your kid is trying to run away from you, you understand why roller bottles are so awesome. These essential oil roller bottle blends for kids will solve all your problems. Skip right down to the essential oil roller bottle blends for kids.
Essential Oil Roller Bottle Blends For Kids
And because I never know when I’m going to need them, I keep certain essential oil roller bottles (and backups) for the kids at all times.

And the best thing about roller bottles? They’re inexpensive but are incredibly awesome at least, I love them. Want to jump on the roller bottle bandwagon with me (or just need some good recipes)?
Before You Start
Before you sit down to make your rollers, you’ll need a few basic ingredients:
- 5ml glass roller bottles
- Carrier Oil (I prefer Jojoba)
- Bottle Labels
- Essential Oils
I would also recommend that you invest in a small funnel set, as it will make sure you don’t waste oils.
To make these rollers, simply add the oils as listed and top the roller off with your carrier oil. Then pop the roller on, label it and you’re good to go!

Essential Oil Roller Bottles For Kids
I absolutely love using roller bottles for my boys. They run so fast that all I can manage is a swipe but most of the time that’s enough. I also love that they can self-apply…well, Smalls can. The Baby tries, but he’s not quite there yet.
Springtime Blend
Apply to sinuses and/or chest.
Belly Blend

Calm Down Blend
Apply behind ears and on the back of the neck.
Owie Blend

Be Smart.
Obviously, I use these recipes for my family, and I am comfortable with that. That being said, I’ve done my own research, so be smart and do your own research as well. If these blends donβt work for you, there are many other recipes you can try. Everyone is unique. Want to know more about essential oils?
In our house, the tantrum tamer and calm down roller bottles are always in play. Always.
