Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats

Last night I got a bit creative with my breakfast. Rather than my usual morning protein shake, I made overnight oats. While they’re a bit higher in calories than my shakes, they are a nice treat every now and again. As I was making them, I realized that I was totally out of chocolate almond milk, so I improvised!
