Maybe you’re just tired of being tired.

I get it. I’m there with you. I’ve been on a diet since I was 15 years old (though I certainly didn’t need to be). As I’ve aged (gracefully, thankyouverymuch), I’ve realized that it’s not about how skinny you are, but how fit you are. 

“Strong, not skinny.”

Most people hear this phrase and immediately see super buff women (and men) who spend hours and hours at the gym. That is most certainly not me. I am a mom, wife, entrepreneur, as well as Wellness Coach. I’m currently working on some pretty awesome guides that you aren’t going to want to miss.

I’ve been told that I’m a “fixer.” I guess that’s true, since I want everyone to wake up happy, enjoy their life, and look forward to healthy habits.
