For those of you who have been drooling over my Singing Canary and The Shrinker, you’re going to love having the recipes! Now, these do call for what Trim Healthy Mama terms “special ingredients”:

  • Vitamin C Powder (optional)
  • Pure Stevia
  • Isolated Whey Protein
  • Lemon Essential Oil
  • “The Shrinker” Concentrate

Trim Healthy Mama Recipes – Volcano Mudslide Muffin

This is one of my absolute favorites. It’s super easy to make and tastes like one of those mudslide cakes from a fancy restaurant. I have no qualms about eating this while I hide out in my closet.

Crack the egg into a mug or ramekin and whisk it well with a fork. Add the golden flax meal, cocoa powder, and stevia extract. Stir to combine. Add your coconut oil and baking powder.

Stir all of the ingredients together and then add the water. Mix to combine.

Microwave for 40 seconds. Your muffin should still be gooey in the center.

Allow to cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
