Last week was hard. The reality of my limitations hit me, and it’s seriously, seriously frustrating. I can’t clean, I can’t pack…I really can’t do much. I can’t even get The Baby into bed without Smalls’ help. It’s seriously driving me nuts, y’all!
I mean, I can do a lot…with help. And packing? I didn’t think that it would be this hard! Alright. Enough complaining. On to my weekly workouts (this week it was mostly “normal stuff” that is so much harder with a cast!)…or rather, my weekly meals!
This is my second week doing a nutritional cleanse, and I am feeling amazing, y’all. AH-MA-ZING. Seriously. I have so much energy! I am sleeping better…I can’t wait to get my cast off so that I can actually do something with it!

Workout: Seated aerobic workout
Breakfast: Shake
Lunch: Shake
Dinner: Italian Medallions with green beans

Meals: Cleanse day
Friday
Workout: Hobbling around a Halloween Party
Meals: Cleanse day

Workout: Packing
Breakfast: Shake
Lunch: Shake
Dinner: Mediterranean Chicken
Sunday
Breakfast: Protein shake
Lunch: Protein shake
Dinner: Pizza (hey-I didn’t want to dirty the kitchen since we leave tomorrow!)

There will not be a weekly workouts post next Monday, since I’ll still be hanging with Smalls on his Wish Trip!
