Sit-ups are a crazy simple way that you can beat the bulge quickly. Some people prefer to do crunches instead, and that is fine as well. The key is to make certain that you’re taking the time and doing them effectively so that they’re buying the calories and targeting your core.

Even though the thought of a treadmill might sound dreadful, it’s a quick solution for working out during the winter months. Just position it in front of the TV and walk or run the time away while you’re watching your favorite show. And remember, this is just a short term fix! Once the warm weather arrives, you can start running or walking outside.

Lift canned goods, children (safely of course) or anything else that works and work out those arms and legs.
Challenge yourself to run in place 4 times a day
Just because you don’t want to get outside and run in the cold doesn’t mean that you can’t make it happen. Instead, challenge yourself to run in place. Stop whatever you’re doing and lift up those knees and jog in place.
Push yourself hard and fast and time yourself for a minute or two. You’ll be amazed at the workout that you’re giving yourself just by running in one single place in your home. Even though you might not be physically moving to another location, you’re burning calories just like you are! (and if you want to do this more than 4 times per day, do so!)
