- 1 cup frozen mango
- ½ cup frozen strawberries or 4-5 super large frozen ones
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 1 tablespoons collagen
- ½ cup coconut milk
- ¼ cup + 1 tablespoon water
Add your mango, strawberries, chia seeds, collagen, coconut milk, and water to your high powered blender (I love my Vitamix). Blend until smooth, using your tamper as necessary. This smoothie is super thick, so if you prefer a thinner consistency, increase the amount of water that you add gradually.
