Cuisine American
- 4 Cups Watermelon seeded or seedless
- 1/2 Cup Xylitol
- 2 TspĀ vanilla
- 1/4 Cup Water
First off you'll want to chop up all your watermelon into chunks. If you bought a watermelon with seeds, make sure to remove as many of them as you can
Grab your blender and toss all of your ingredients in. Blend until the mixture is nice and creamy and no chunks of watermelon remain
Next, pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and follow the directions of your specific machine (each ice cream maker is different so refer to your manual for how to make sorbet).
Once the ice cream machine has done its job, pour the mixture into a freezer safe bowl and freeze for around 2 hours. Once it's hardened, grab some bowls and spoons and serve up this perfectly refreshing and sweet sorbet, that screams summer fun.
