Vegan Strawberry Mango Smoothie

Serve up a vegan strawberry mango smoothie for breakfast, lunch, or even a mid-day snack. Fresh, fruity, and full of vibrant flavors.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries or 4-5 super large frozen ones
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoons collagen
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ¼ cup + 1 tablespoon water

Instructions
 

  •  Add your mango, strawberries, chia seeds, collagen, coconut milk, and water to your high powered blender (I love my Vitamix).
     
  • Blend until smooth, using your tamper as necessary. This smoothie is super thick, so if you prefer a thinner consistency, increase the amount of water that you add gradually.
