of skinless boneless Chicken breasts

garlic cloves

balsamic vinegar

can of diced tomatoes

Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions
Combine the diced tomatoes, sherry, Worcestershire Sauce, balsamic vinegar, Italian Seasoning, salt and pepper into a bowl.
Select Saute and add the olive oil to the pot. Brown chicken in batches on both sides.
Remove chicken from pot and then add garlic to the pot. Cook, stirring until soft, about 2-3 minutes.
Return the chicken to the pot
Pour the Vinegar mixture over the chicken.
Cook at High Pressure for 8 minutes. When cooking is complete, use a natural release to depressurize.
