- 1 bag of Raw, Peeled and Cleaned Shrimp (I used a 12 oz. bag)
- 2 teaspoons of Garlic
- 1 Lemon Peel (grated)
- 2 to 4 teaspoons of Crushed Red Pepper (depending on how hot you want it)
- Olive Oil
Start off by filling the bottom of pan with about 1/4 inch (eyeball it) of olive oil.
Get it hot. You want it pretty hot to really cook up those shrimp!
Once it's hot, put in your red pepper, garlic, and lemon peel. (smells amazing, right?!)
Then, dump in your shrimp.
You're going to want to stir and flip them quite often to create that golden brown coating and make certain that they're thoroughly cooked.
Once done, empty out the grease and plate those shrimp! Find a small plate to put them on sprinkle with extra red peppers.
