If you’re looking for the best vegan options in Walt Disney World, look no further! Disney released a “plant-based” guide to help guests find options for them in the park. We are going to highlight the snacks and meals available without a reservation. If it has the green leaf icon by it on the menu, you’re good to go! If not, be sure to ask and see if you can get something substituted to make it vegan. This guide is a step in the right direction, but it doesn’t seem to be updated. Here are some quick service options on the menus today!
Magic Kingdom
Vegan Sloppy Joe
Location: Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe in Tomorrowland
Ingredients: Plant-based Beef Crumbles tossed in a Sloppy Joe Sauce of Diced Onions, Yellow Mustard, Ketchup, Garlic, and Brown Sugar served with French Fries
Cosmic Ray’s is a great option for picky eaters! And you get to see Sonny Eclipse perform live.
Veggie Rice Bowl
Location: Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe in Frontierland
Ingredients: Yellow Rice topped with Black Beans and Roasted Vegetables
Best part of Peco’s is the toppings bar- load up your bowl with goodies. You can even just get a side of chips and do the same thing for a snack.
Loaded Slaw “Dog”
Location: Casey’s Corner on Main Street USA
Ingredients: Plant-based Sausage topped with Pickled Slaw, Barbecue Vegan Aïoli, and Roasted Corn Relish served with French Fries or Apple Slices
A classic staple made vegan. Stop here on your way in or out of the park!
Penne with Marinara
Location: Pinocchio Village Haus in Fantasyland
Ingredients: Penne Pasta topped with Marinara and sprinkling of Basil
You can sit and watch the boats from It’s A Small World go by! There’s also a kids version of this meal.
Lighthouse Sandwich
Location: Columbia Harbour House
Ingredients: Hummus with Tomato and Broccoli Slaw served on Toasted Multigrain Bread with House-made Potato Chips
The upstairs dining room makes for a quieter place to relax. This restaurant offers something other than burgers, pizza, and fries.
EPCOT
Breakfast Power Wrap
Location: Sunshine Seasons in The Land Pavilion
Ingredients: Wild Rice, Sweet Potatoes, Blueberries, Avocado and Tofu
A great way to start your day in the park! Quite the power move.
Ensalada Mexicana
Location:La Cantina de San Angel in Mexico
Ingredients: Tossed Romaine Lettuce, Arugula, Red and White Cabbage, Black Beans, Corn, Olive Oil and Lime Juice
Whether you start or end your international journey here, this will be sure to invigorate. Grab a margarita here too!
Vegetarian Stir Fry
Location: Lotus Blossom Cafe in China
Ingredients: Various Vegetables served with Steamed Rice
Vegans can eat around the world too! Enjoy this after the new 360° show.
Vegetarian Platter
Location: Tangierine Cafe in Morocco
Ingredients: Hummus, Tabouleh, Lentils, Falafel, and Marinated Olives with fresh Moroccan Bread
Morocco is the most underrated place to eat on the World Showcase. And it has some of the most beautiful architecture!
Vegetable Korma
Location: Sunshine Seasons in The Land Pavilion
Ingredients: Braised Vegetables with Plant-based Chicken and Cashews
Eat some of the food you just saw produced in Living with the Land! No reservation required.
Hollywood Studios
California “Burger”
Location: ABC Commissary on Commissary Lane
Ingredients: Seared Farm Fresh Burger with Sriracha Mustard, Balsamic Glazed Grilled Peppers, and Onions with a “Mayonnaise”-Ketchup blend, Lettuce, and Tomato
Stop in for a bite and look at some ABC show memorabilia. Perfect for a quick lunch.
Tatooine Two Suns Hummus
Location: Backlot Express on Echo Lake
Ingredients: Red Pepper Hummus topped with Plant-based Meat and Sesame Seeds alongside Original Hummus garnished with a Cucumber Relish, Fried Chickpeas, Sesame Seeds, and Za’atar Spice served with Pita Bread and a Lemon-Vinaigrette Tossed Spring Mix
Eat inside or outside at this location. They have blue raspberry slushies as well for a sweet treat.
Southwest Bowl
Location: Fairfax Fare on Sunset Boulevard
Ingredients: Savory Rice, Spicy Chili, Fire-roasted Corn Medley with Peppers and Onions, Pico de Gallo, Plant-based Cheddar, and Cilantro Ranch topped with Crispy Tortilla Strips

I love that the Muppets have their own restaurant. And vegan Italian food sounds delicious!
Felucian Kefta and Hummus Garden Spread
Location: Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo in Galaxy’s Edge
Ingredients: Plant-based Meatballs, Herb Hummus, Tomato-Cucumber Relish, Pita
You can still eat what you want in another galaxy! And who doesn’t love pita bread?
Animal Kingdom
Roasted Vegetable Bowl
Location: Harambe Market in Africa
Ingredients: Roasted Vegetables on Cilantro Rice and Salad Greens Bowl finished with Salsa
Grab this after watching Festival of the Lion King! I love the atmosphere of this dining location.
Sicilian-style Pizza Slice
Location:Pizzafari in Discovery Island
Ingredients: Plant-based Sausage Crumbles and Cheese with Crushed Tomato Sauce on Hand-stretched Crust served with a Garden Salad and Vinaigrette
Great for kids and adults alike! Sit and relax after a long trek.
Impossible™ Spicy Southwestern Burger
Location: Restaurantosaurus in DinoLand U.S.A
Ingredients: Plant-based Burger Patty, Pepper Jack, Chipotle Sauce, Lettuce, and Tomato
One of the coolest themed restaurants in the park. The Impossible burger is a tasty treat for anyone.
Chili-Spiced Crispy Fried Tofu Bowl
Location: Satu’li Canteen in Pandora
Ingredients: Crispy Fried Tofu seasoned with Chili-Spice topped with Crunchy Vegetable Slaw and Boba Balls served with your choice of Base and Sauce
Known as the one of the best locations on property for healthy food. A perfect way to immerse yourself in the world of Pandora.
Hot Link Smokehouse Sandwich
Location: Flame Tree Barbecue in Discovery Island
Ingredients: Plant-based Sausage topped with a Tangy Mustard Barbecue Sauce, Slaw, and Crispy Onions on a House-made New England-style Roll
You can look at Expedition Everest from their outdoor seating! Some great barbecue flavor without the meat.

Pineapple Dole Whip
Location: Aloha Isle in Adventureland, Magic Kingdom and the Pineapple Lanai at the Polynesian Resort

Honestly one of the best snacks in the parks, regardless of your diet. Refreshing and can be enjoyed year round in Florida weather.
Blue and Green Milk
Location: Milk Stand in Galaxy’s Edge, Hollywood Studios
Ingredients: Plant-based blend of Coconut and Rice Milk with alluring fruity characteristics or zippy citrus and tropical characteristics
Add rum or tequila for an afternoon treat. I personally prefer the blue milk, but why not try both?
Mickey Plain Salted Pretzels
Location: Park Wide
Ingredients: Listed in the allergen books at the food carts
Who knew these smiley faces were vegan? This also includes the newer Simba version in Animal Kingdom.
“Buttered” Popcorn
Location: Park Wide
Ingredients: Popcorn Kernels and artificial dairy free butter flavoring
Another common but great snack you can get in any park. Be sure to get a bucket to refill for only a couple dollars!
Kakigōri (Shaved Ice)
Location: Kabuki Cafe, Japan, EPCOT
Ingredients: Japanese Shaved Ice available in Rainbow, Strawberry, Melon, Cherry, Tangerine or Blue Raspberry
This snack is on my own personal list to try! Something unique that anyone can have.
