Maybe my poor planning (i.e. lack of sleep because I was finishing a good book), or the fact that my house smells ah-mazing (vanilla in a ramekin at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. YUM. Smalls is working on his letter matching (he LOVES THIS set), so I thought I’d get in a quick workout. As I was pulling up my freebie list, a Goop email came in…and guess what?! It was a Tracy Anderson Method bonus workout (meaning not a total workout, but an added umph type situation…moving on).
